CashMeUp is a math-only calculation and deal-screening aid for evaluating businesses for sale and analysing stock portfolios. It is operated by Wentzel Investments LLC, a Florida limited liability company. The product is in early access and may change, be interrupted, or be withdrawn.
CashMeUp does not provide financial, investment, legal, accounting, or tax advice. Grades, projections, and generated documents are derived from the figures you enter or import. Nothing is a recommendation to buy, sell, or finance any business or security. Verify the numbers independently and consult licensed professionals before acting. You are solely responsible for your decisions.
Parts of CashMeUp use an AI language model to extract listing details from emails, answer questions, and write portfolio narratives. AI output can be incomplete or wrong. Review it before relying on it. Your content is sent to the model only to produce that output; see the Privacy page for how it is handled.
Keep your sign-in credentials secure and tell us if you suspect misuse. If you connect Gmail, you authorize CashMeUp to read your mail as described in the Privacy page, and you can revoke that access in your Google account at any time or ask us to remove the connection. Third-party keys you add (such as Apify or Anthropic) remain subject to those providers’ terms and charges, which you bear.
Do not attempt to access other users’ data, probe or disrupt the service, bypass rate limits or access controls, send unlawful or abusive content, or use the service to violate the terms of Google, Apify, BizBuySell, or any other third party.
You keep ownership of the data you provide. You give us permission to process it solely to operate the service for you. You can delete your data or ask us to delete it, as described in the Privacy page.
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. To the extent the law allows, Wentzel Investments LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses arising from decisions you make using the service. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Exclusive venue lies in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
We may suspend access that breaches these terms or threatens the service. We may update these terms; the date below shows the latest version, and continued use after a change means you accept it.
